You control the dentist's tools directly with your mouse. Your job is to clean a patient's teeth by scraping off the plaque and tartar. You click and drag a tool, like a scraper or polisher, across each tooth, watching the grime disappear. The main objective is to clean every tooth completely before the timer runs out. The mechanics are simple: you must avoid hitting the gums too hard, which causes damage and makes the patient jump, and you need to switch between tools for different cleaning stages. The pacing is quick, and it gets harder as you go, with more sensitive areas and less time. It feels like a race against the clock to finish a precise, slightly stressful job.
