About Death Worm

Death Worm was one of those games you'd find buried in a Flash portal around 2008 or 2009. It didn't have a complicated story or fancy graphics. You were just a giant worm, and your job was to cause as much chaos as possible before the timer ran out. It felt perfectly suited to that era of quick, simple browser games you played between classes or during a slow afternoon.

You control the worm with the arrow keys, steering it left and right just under the surface of the ground. The real action happens when you burst upward. You hold the spacebar to charge your jump, then release to launch into the air. The goal is straightforward: eat everything. You smash through tanks, helicopters, and unsuspecting cows, dragging them underground with you. The game moves fast. You have only sixty seconds per round, so there's a constant push to chain together attacks and find bigger targets. It creates a hectic, almost frantic rhythm of diving, charging, and erupting back into the fray. The feeling is pure, uncomplicated destruction.
