About Death To Ninja

Death to Ninja was one of those simple, quick games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't have a complicated story or fancy graphics. You just loaded it up in your browser and started playing. The year it came out isn't something I remember clearly, and I don't recall who made it either. It was just there, part of the background noise of the internet at the time.

You control a lone gunman at the bottom of the screen. Your job is to shoot ninjas as they drop from the top. They fall in waves, sometimes from the left, sometimes from the right. You move side to side with the arrow keys and press the spacebar to fire. The main objective is straightforward: don't let a ninja land in front of you. If one touches the ground on your level, it's over. The pacing is fast. The ninjas fall quicker as you progress, and the difficulty comes from managing multiple targets at once. You have to anticipate their landing spots and shoot them in mid-air. It feels tense and immediate, a test of your reflexes more than your strategy.
