Dance Pump-it-up

You control a dancer on screen, matching your keyboard inputs to arrows that scroll from the bottom. The main objective is to hit the correct directional keys in time with the music to keep your character performing. You watch for patterns of up, down, left, and right arrows, pressing them as they reach a target zone. The sequences start simply but can build into complex chains that require quick reflexes. The pacing picks up noticeably with each new song, and the difficulty comes from maintaining accuracy as the note charts become more demanding. It feels like a focused test of rhythm and coordination, where a missed beat quickly breaks your combo and the dancer's flow.
