About Close Quarter Combat
Close Quarter Combat was one of those straightforward action games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, intense shooter you could load in a browser. The controls were simple, and it got right to the point.
You control a soldier navigating tight, multi-level rooms. Your main goal is to eliminate every enemy on the map before they eliminate you. You move with the WASD keys, aiming and firing with the mouse. You can switch between a few different weapons, reload when your magazine is empty, and use items like health packs. The pace is fast, and the difficulty comes from being outnumbered in confined spaces. It feels like a tense, methodical sweep where every corner could hide a threat.
