Christmas Critters

You control a cursor, clicking on the critters as they appear from holes in the snow. Your goal is to protect a stack of cookies shown on the side of the screen. Each critter you miss takes one. The main twist is Santa Claus, who appears occasionally. Clicking him costs you a cookie, but letting him pass rewards you with one. The game starts slowly, giving you time to learn the patterns, but the critters soon arrive in quicker waves and from more directions. It feels like a cheerful, frantic race against time as your cookie supply dwindles.
