About Chaos War

You control a lone stick figure soldier dropped into a series of side-scrolling battlefields. Your job is to survive. You move with the arrow keys, using Z to dive for cover, X to fire your gun, and C for a melee attack when enemies get too close. The S key lets you unleash a screen-clearing bomb when you're overwhelmed. The core loop is about pushing forward, eliminating the waves of enemy stick figures that pour in from both sides of the screen. You gain experience from each kill, which lets you level up and increase your stats between stages. The pace is relentless, and the difficulty builds quickly, demanding quick reflexes and smart use of your limited special moves. It feels like a constant, hectic scramble from one firefight to the next.
