About Bucket Launcher

Bucket Launcher was one of those simple, direct games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, satisfying way to pass a few minutes between other tasks. The premise was straightforward, and it fit right in with the kind of physics-based puzzles that were common at the time.

You control a character who uses a bucket on a rope. The main goal is to knock enemies off their platforms by swinging the bucket into them. You click and drag to pull the bucket back, building up tension, then release to let it fly. Timing your release is everything; a mistimed swing sends the bucket uselessly into empty space. The game moves at a steady pace, with each successful hit clearing the way to the next target. It feels like a game of careful angles and patient momentum, where a single good shot can clear the screen.
