About Baseball Mayhem

Baseball Mayhem was one of those Flash games you'd find buried in a browser tab during the late 2000s. It didn't try to be a serious sports simulation. Instead, it took the basic idea of hitting a ball and turned it into something chaotic and silly, fitting right in with the simple, quick-play spirit of that era.

You control a batter at home plate. Your goal isn't to score runs, but to cause as much property damage as possible by smashing baseballs into the surrounding neighborhood. You use your mouse to aim and adjust the power of your swing before letting it fly. The targets are windows, streetlights, and various objects in the houses across the street. The game moves quickly, with each successful hit adding to your score before time runs out. It's a straightforward, cathartic experience that feels like a controlled release of minor vandalism from the safety of your desk.
