You control a cursor, clicking around the apartment to examine objects and collect evidence. The main goal is to analyze each piece of evidence and determine which of three suspects is the killer. You spend your time looking at things like a bloody knife or a torn photograph, then comparing your findings to profiles of the suspects. The game moves at a deliberate pace, asking you to think about what each clue means. It feels like piecing together a small, quiet puzzle where your attention to detail is the only tool you have.
