About Zurk’s Learning Safari

Zurk's Learning Safari is an educational software package designed for children between three and seven years old. Its activities are set within a simplified representation of the African Serengeti environment.

The experience includes a narrative component where the player guides a lion cub named Maya to reunite with her mother. Another mode involves locating animals by paying attention to their actions in a fair hide-and-seek challenge.

Several straightforward puzzle games form a core part of the software, focusing on developing skills in recognizing shapes and patterns. These are presented as easy introductory activities suitable for the target age range.

A supplementary Parent's Guide provides suggested offline activities and additional educational material. This includes photographic references and factual details about each animal featured, along with general background information on Africa.
