About V-Wing

V-Wing is a caveflier title that expands upon the established conventions of games like AUTS and Turboraketti. Players control V-shaped craft navigating platform-filled environments, engaging in combat with a variety of weapons.

Several gameplay systems distinguish it from its predecessors. The environment can be destructible, and ships are designed to avoid becoming lodged on minute terrain details. A notable addition is the inclusion of water that exerts directional force on the craft, enabling the design of specific pipeline sections.

Beyond standard shooting, mechanics include ship collisions, which certain weapons utilize, and the ability to eject from a craft. Other configurable elements are team-based play, gravity, and air viscosity. Ships can land on platforms to switch weapons, repair damage, and replenish resources.
