About Reader Rabbit 2

Reader Rabbit 2 is an educational DOS title from The Learning Company's Reader Rabbit series. The software is designed for children between six and eight years old, with a focus on building foundational literacy skills such as phonics, letter recognition, and alphabetizing.

The narrative context involves a shortage of words in Word-Ville, prompting Reader Rabbit and a mouse named Matt to gather them. This objective is pursued through four distinct activities, which include Vowel Pond, Word Mine, Word Patch, and Alphabet Dance.
