About Overkill

Overkill is a space combat game where the player returns from a journey to discover their home world annihilated by a hostile alien species. These adversaries are characterized by a warlike and demonic nature, engaging in destruction for pleasure.

The player's objective is singular: to exact revenge by destroying the Battle Star. This final target is preceded by a journey through numerous hazardous planets, each presenting significant obstacles. Progress involves navigating these dangerous environments, which are densely packed with threats.

During the course of the mission, the player's spacecraft can be enhanced. Resources such as fuel, upgraded weaponry, and new ship components become available, suggesting a system of acquisition and improvement integrated into the journey. The path to the primary target is implied to be challenging, requiring the player to battle through these planetary stages.
