This basketball simulation for DOS features the complete roster of players and All Star teams from the 1994 95 season. A General Manager system allows for the management and trading of over 300 athletes, with detailed statistics tracked for both individuals and teams for comparative analysis.

The game offers configurable options for play style, mode, and quarter length. Audio elements include ambient court sounds, crowd reactions, player voices, and a modern music soundtrack, while full motion video is used to illustrate plays. Control is supported through keyboard, mouse, or joystick.

As the initial PC entry in its series, it provides two selectable graphics resolutions: a standard 320x200 mode and a higher 640x480 wide angle display.
