About Mad TV

Mad TV begins with a late night television broadcast that introduces a character the player must later find. This search leads to employment at a television station, where the player takes on management responsibilities. The core activity involves acquiring programming, scheduling content, and inserting advertisements to generate revenue.

Players can work for one of three stations, with the primary goal being to achieve the highest ratings. This requires balancing the purchase of films and features with the production of original shows, while also selecting news segments. A challenging aspect is the timely placement of commercials, as failure to do so results in financial penalties instead of income.

This business simulation operates alongside a personal objective to locate and impress a specific woman seen on screen. The player's initial role is that of an ordinary person who unexpectedly becomes a station executive.
