About F-15 Strike Eagle II

F-15 Strike Eagle II is a combat flight simulation set across multiple theaters including Vietnam, Libya, and the Persian Gulf. The player pilots an F-15 fighter, tasked with destroying both aerial and ground targets over a vast operational area.

Available weaponry includes a cannon, long-range AMRAAM and short-range Sidewinder air-to-air missiles, and Maverick missiles for engaging ground targets. The simulation offers multiple visual perspectives, with eleven different camera angles covering both internal cockpit and external views of the aircraft.

To assist players, a training mode is provided where crashes can be disabled and take-offs or landings automated. Enemy behavior is responsive, but a targeting computer aids in engagement. The game also features special cinematic sequences that shift focus from the cockpit to show events like enemy fighter launches or missile impacts.
