About D-Day: America Invades

D-Day: America Invades is a strategic wargame focusing on the American VII Corps during the Normandy campaign on the Cotentin peninsula. It functions as a spiritual successor to the earlier title V for Victory: Utah Beach.

The game offers both pre-made scenarios and a full campaign mode, utilizing the Avalon Hill's Worlds at War ruleset. Players have the option to command either Allied or German forces. A selection of historical variants is included, which can be applied to any scenario.

Its presentation uses 2D SVGA graphics. For multiplayer, the game provides modem support for direct two-player competition.
