About Chopper Commando

Chopper Commando is a helicopter simulation where players assume the role of a custom pilot navigating a persistent battlefield. The central objective involves completing randomly assigned missions to advance in rank, with the ultimate goal of reaching the rank of General to retire the pilot. Failure in a mission results in the permanent death of that pilot, making the overall experience challenging.

Missions are selected from difficulty-based pools and feature varied objectives such as destroying targets, making deliveries, or intercepting missiles. The game world is structured with allied bases at opposite ends and hostile territory in between, allowing for free exploration even after a primary task is finished. A mission concludes only upon returning to an allied base.

The helicopter is armed with limited ammunition, including standard bombs, more powerful nukes, and fast missiles, which can be replenished by landing at a friendly base. This arsenal can be used directly against targets or for optional destruction during flight, supporting a non-linear approach to engagements within the open environment.
